Weightlifting description:

A sport in the modern Olympic programme where participants attempt a maximum weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates.

Our Weightlifting interpretation:

Lifting your child up in the air whilst spending quality time in the great outdoors, or carrying your washing up across to the dish washing area are just two of our interpretations of weightlifting whilst camping
